Description: The Clinical Plan Coordinator is responsible to direct and support the delivery of comprehensive rehabilitation services for a Supportive Housing Program for adults living and recovering from a mental health diagnosis in Southwestern NJ. This role is based in Camden, NJ. Provides services through the lens of CSPNJ's Mission and values. Responsibilities include conducting Comprehensive Rehabilitation Needs Assessments (CRNAs) & Individual Rehabilitation Plans (IRPs). Clinical Coordinator will oversee all aspects of the clinical services for the Supportive Housing Program in Southwestern NJ including but not limited to monitoring staff clinical quality of documentation and clinical supervision. Fulltime including benefits & PTOPM22Requirements: -- Master's Degree in a mental health related discipline.-- Current NJ Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Registered Nurse (RN).-- 1 year of experience in a supervisory role preferred.-- Two years of related work experience within Supportive Services.-- Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner preferred.-- Valid NJ driver's license and acceptable driving record.-- Lived Experience: CSPNJ prioritizes hiring people who have been trained to use their own life experience dealing with mental health or substance use challenges to inspire and support others.-- Must obtain their first dose of the primary series of a COVID-19 vaccination by their start datePI208307790
