ResponsibilitiesNow Hiring 2023 Graduate NursesParticipating Hospitals - Abington and Lansdale Float Pool Details: \tMust be available for Full-time 12hr shifts, 7a-7p or 7p-7a (Day shifts limited)\tFloat to Med Surg, Rehab, Oncology, Neurology, Telemetry, Surgical Intermediate Units, Progressive Care Unit\tFloat Pool placement determined upon hire\tOrient on one or more units for 12 weeks and remain on assigned unit until 6-month probationary period is met\tNurses are staff shared, as needed, after orientation completion\tAfter the 6-month probationary period, Graduate Nurses may remain on the assigned unit or apply to other units in the hospitalQualificationsLicensure and Certification Requirements:\tBachelor's degree preferred with an anticipated graduation date in 2023 from an accredited school of nursing\tGraduate Nurse Permit or Registered Nurse License in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania\t\t\tRecommend obtaining Graduate Nurse Permit (temporary permit)\t\tGNs starting with a Graduate Nurse Permit require successful completion of the NCLEX within 3 months of hire date\t\t\tBLS certification through American Heart Association requiredConditions of EmploymentCovid Vaccination is a requirement for employment at Jefferson for employees working at Jefferson's clinical entities or at the University.
