Job Description:

Geriatric Medicine MD/DO needed in Philadelphia, PA. Details:

Full-time M-F 8a-4:30p
BC or TBE IM or FM
Provide primary medical care to participants, including assessment, development of a plan of care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, provision of direct participant medical care, and evaluation of effectiveness of the plan of care. Functions in a collegial relationship with the other health care professionals, making independent decisions regarding medical needs and health regimens. Carries out medical procedures as indicated.
Participate in provider on-call rotation as required; Call is evenly distributed among all providers, approximately 5 to 7 days per month as is chosen by the provider.
A minimum of one (1) year working with the frail or elderly population required.
EMR: TruChart
BLS, DEA required
