ResponsibilitiesUnder the supervision of the Nurse Manager, the
Professional Registered Nurse functions within the Professional
Nursing Law, according to professional standards, and his/her level
of knowledge and experience. He/she assumes responsibility and
accountability for a group of patients (or patient) for a
designated time frame by prescribing, delegating, and coordinating
nursing care. The Professional Registered Nurse provides care to
the patient population of a specified clinical
unit.QualificationsEducation: BSN strongly preferred.Experience:
previous RN experience preferred Licensure, Certification &
Registration Requirements:\tRegistered Nurse in the Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania or Graduate Nurse. Maintains current licensure.\tBLS
certification through American Heart Association required.
\tCertification in clinical practice area preferred.\tMembership in
Professional Organization encouraged.\tRN's with under one year of
experience will be automatically enrolled into the Nurse Residency
Program Conditions of EmploymentCovid Vaccination is a requirement
