We are looking for a Medical Receptionist to join us full time at our Ophthalmology Practice in Bala Cynwyd, PA.

Who we are:

We are a busy ophthalmology practice in suburban Bala Cynwyd (minutes outside Philadelphia). We value working together and taking a team-oriented approach when taking care of our patients. We rely on our staff to help get our patients in and out of the office in a kind, courteous, and timely manner.

Duties:
Greet patients
Use of Patient Scheduling Software to schedule appointments
Verify patients insurance
Answer telephones
Collect payments

Qualifications:
Some understanding of medical-optometric-ophthalmic billing would be a plus
Detail oriented
Ability to multitask
Willingness to learn
Excellent intraoffice and patient communication skills

Schedule:
40 hrs- week


Salary (range):
$18-$20-hr depending on experience with Increases soon after hiring depending on performance
Bonus Compensation!! Typically $1,000-year
