First Docs, a physician-owned and operated medical group, is seeking multiple physicians to join our dynamic and progressive acute and post-acute practice.
As a regional leader throughout the Northeast, we are growing in additional markets and seeking Board Certified or Board eligible Internal Medicine physicians who excel in a collaborative environment and strive for positive outcomes and care experiences for their patients.
The physician executive team is devoted to our physicians' personal and professional growth, providing unmatched guidance, education, and professional mentorship along with opportunities for Medical Directorships. Our extensive operations and clinical support teams provide additional support, tools and resources (scribes, professional coders, integrated EHR, real time financial dashboards, SNF subject-matter experts, etc) to help our physicians be more effective, more efficient, and more compliant and have more time to focus on quality, direct patient care.
Part or full-time SNFist only positions available, as desired.

• Mon-Thurs clinical rotation

• 350k income potential in first year, with increase in year 2
