Concierge Medicine - Age Management Physician





- Concierge Practice
- Scope: Performance health and healthy aging. Patients needing proactive, preventive medicine to drive optimal health.
- Average patient panel = 125-150 patients - Average 1 new patient per day
- Remote follow-up
Typical Schedule/Routine:
- See 1 new patient per day (new patient visit ranges from 2-3 hours)
- New patients are those who are doing initial assessment - establishing baseline
- The rest of day following up with other patients on their quarterly follow-ups.
- Quarterly follow-up are scheduled to followup on initial baseline and tweak treatment plan. Depending on the center, these follow-ups can be done in the office or remotely.
- Annual Evaluations are done at the anniversary of the intial assessment and are used to create a new Baseline

Compensation and Benefits:





- Realistic potential is $500k+ ($350k year-1)
