To Help Individuals Achieve a More Independent and Fulfilling Life.WHY WORK AT PATH?PATH understands the importance of having benefits, and so a comprehensive package is offered to our employees including:A company sponsored 403b retirement plan, Health Insurance (Medical Services, Prescriptions, Dental & Vision), Sick Leave, Personal & Vacation Time, Paid Holidays, Life Insurance, and Long-Term Disability!JOB SUMMARY:To promote the mission of PATH to help individuals achieve a more independent and fulfilling life by being an effective team member and by providing individual and group therapy utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, recovery principles and other interventions approved by supervisor in a trauma informed and culturally sensitive manner.QUALIFCATIONS:Masters Degree in Human ServicesExperience in working with individuals who have a mental illness and/or co-occurring issuesDriver's License requiredGood organizational skillsSPECIFIC DUTIES:Provide direct treatment in individual, couples, family and group therapyMaintain individual caseload under supervision of program managerEnsure that delivery of clinical treatment is congruent with models and practices listed in job summaryEvaluate and assess the needs of assigned individualsCollect all pertinent information including demographic history, history of presenting problem, family background, testing evaluations, medical evaluation, etc. as indicated for ongoing treatment.Be familiar with the Boston University Approach to Psychiatric Rehabilitation and address in therapy as appropriateActively engage individuals in treatment including the provision of outreachComplete bio-psychosocial evaluations as assignedPlan and implement topic focused group therapy as determined by the Stakeholder CommitteeBe flexible in scheduling appointments to meet the individuals' needsConsult and collaborate with all team members including psychiatrist on a regular basisComplete discharge documentation in a timely fashionTake appropriate action during a medical incident with a Renaissance participant including calling 911 in the community, at site or when a participant is calling you from an alternate locationMaintain performance expectations regarding productivity PI183243211
