These facilities house a Level 2 trauma center, a regional burn center, three regional cancer centers, a kidney transplant center, Bariatric Surgery Program, First Steps Rehab, and Global Neuroscience Institute unit.****The Paramedic candidate will provide quality pre'hospital emergency basic and advanced life support pre-hospital care to victims of sudden illness and/or injury. This candidate will provide community volunteer fire company ambulance services assistance, and assurance of the timely delivery of quality pre-hospitals advanced and basic life support emergency patient care. . To provide first aid, CPR and Emergency Medial Service education to the lay public, industry and other Emergency Medical Service agencies. Requirement:*Maintains licensure and certification as required by job requirements and provides documentation.*High School Graduate or GED required*Graduate of an approved School of Paramedic Training required*One (1) year Emergency Paramedic experience preferred*Must be 21 years of age *PA State Paramedic required *Ability to obtain Medical Command *EVOC, EMSVO, CPR-BLS Level, ACLS and PALS required *Valid Drivers License required *Excellent customer service and communication skills required
