We are looking for a Physiatrist (PM&R) Physician to join our medical practice in NE Philadelphia, PA (19149).
We are looking for a BC physician to join our dedicated multidisciplinary healthcare team in providing high quality care in our integrated medical rehabilitative practice. We are looking for a motivated Physician to join our physical rehab practice 3 days per week, with the possibility of increasing to a 4th day if preferred. The job duties require performing focused medical evaluations of patients, patient care management, referral for therapies, and ordering and reviewing of diagnostic testing.

Our focus is on educating patients about their condition and working with them to set up individualized treatment plans so that they can reach their health and wellness goals.
Duties:
Patient exam-evaluation -focused (medical history, HPI, review pertinent records-imaging-reports)
Patient care management
Order and review diagnostic imaging
Diagnosis and treatment care plan formulation
Patient education as to diagnosis and care plan
Referral to therapy and other resources as deemed medically necessary
Documentation- timely and accurate
Collaboration with the other healthcare providers for comprehensive care

Qualifications:
BCBE Physiatrist or Physical Medicine and Rehab (PM&R) Physician
Licensed MD-DO in Pennsylvania
Willingness to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
Salary (negotiable):
$130-$175 per hour
Schedule:
PT 3-4 days per week (Mon-Thursday 10-4)
