VISTA has a great Family Medicine opportunity for you! Perfect for the physician looking to supplement their schedule for the second half of 2020. There is potential for an ongoing relationship for the right provider. More information: Provider will start with Telehealth for the first few weeks (no set timeline). They will rotate at 2 sites 50/50 both for telehealth and onsite once COVID is lifted.

DATES: July 6, 2020 or asap through 11/30/2020 Requires 3 month minimum SCH: Mon - Fri (4 days clinical, 1 day admn) - 8a - 5p ***Provider will start with Telehealth for the first few weeks (no set timeline). They will rotate at 2 sites 50/50 both for telehealth and onsite once COVID is lifted. CALL- Yes, depends on need for call; will confirm if call is necessary before provider is confirmed; this will vary per center; all telephonic, heavy on weekends, light on weekdays; shared between NPs and providers CALL VOLUME- Varies per center, varies per patient, all telephonic. Heavier call on weekends, lighter during the week. Shared call responsibility between physicians. AVG PATIENTS PER DAY: 6 - 10 Board-certified or board-eligible in IM/FP
