South Jersey Fertility Center, an Axia Women's Health care center, is seeking a Full Time Nurse Practitioner, to join their team of 6 Specialists including 4 MDs & 2 NPs.-- South Jersey Fertility Center (SJFC), is the premier provider of fertility care in South Jersey. Founded in 1989 by Dr. Robert Skaf, SJFC has a long history of helping patients achieve their dream of a family offering comprehensive, state-of-the-art fertility care in a friendly, comfortable environment at a reasonable cost. SJFC is the only multi-physician practice in South Jersey in which all of the doctors are board certified in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. POSITION DESCRIPTION:

• Office Locations: Marlton, Burlington, Egg Harbor Township & Sewell
• Complete complex medical histories and record patient's medical, obstetrical, family, socio-economic, and dietary history in order to monitor the progress of patient's health and fertility status.
• Perform physical examinations.
• Order laboratory tests, x-rays, special imaging studies and other diagnostic procedures.
• Analyze test data and determine the need for follow-up appointments and further treatment options
• Perform ultrasound examinations and interprets ultrasound findings.
• Monitor and evaluate patient-reported fertility markers.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate broad program goals, objectives, and standards for achieving fertility and pregnancy.
• Counsel patients, families and significant others about health and fertility, genetic screening, and promotes health maintenance.
• Maintain own schedule of daily patients in collaboration with attending physicians
• Deliver quality care while maintaining company metrics pertaining to productivity QUALIFICATIONS:
