This position provides regional outpatient care with an emphasis on collaborative care with a comprehensive team of behavioral health clinicians, including Psychiatrists, Psych-Certified Nurse Practitioners and Licensed Clinical Counselors, supported by a large primary care network. Experience practicing in an outpatient innovative care model is preferred and those seeking to contribute to the strategic growth of this model are encouraged to apply for this role. This individual will practice out of the primary care offices Monday - Friday with some evening, weekend and on-call responsibilities required.--

• Certification by ANCC or other qualifying agency in area of specialty (Psych certified NP)
• Must have valid Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner license and Certificate of Prescriptive Authority in Pennsylvania
• Must have valid Pennsylvania licensure as a Registered Nurse
