Our mission is to provide superior-quality, innovative, information technology solutions that help federal agencies best aid, serve and protect the American people.Job Title: Aerospace Medicine PhysicianBased at: Vienna, OhioJob Summary: Sanford Federal, Inc. is looking for an Aerospace Medicine Physician (AMP) services for Non-Fly Physicals, Flight Physicals, Flight Clearance Exams via Medical Recommendation for Flying or Special Operational Duty (2992s), Periodic Health Assessments (PHAs), Case Reviews and associated work.Requirement:The AMP must be a currently qualified or previously qualified Air Force Flight Surgeon in accordance with the Aerospace Medicine Physician Specialist Air Force Officer Classification Directory (AFOCD).Duties:The AMP may perform Periodic Health Assessments (PHAs), Flyer PHAs/Flyer 2992 evaluations, case reviews, write narrative summaries (NARSUMs), write flying waivers, and review medical documentation provided by members.The AMP is required to provide the listed services and keep a log of dates and hours worked.
