As one of the largest Substance Use Disorders treatment centers in Philadelphia, Merakey Parkside Recovery provides comprehensive treatment for addiction and its associated co-occurring disorders. As part of our holistic approach to addiction treatment and the integration of care, Merakey is seeking a full-time or part-time physician that is interested in providing treatment for Hepatitis A, B, and C, STIs, prophylactic treatment of HIV, and other diseases commonly seen in patients struggling with addiction. Our medical and clinical teams currently provide evidence-based, medication assisted treatment, and psychosocial services for the populations we serve. As a physician working alongside our existing team, you will add to the comprehensive care of the whole patient by providing physical health services for the most commonly seen co-occurring medical conditions within our population.--
The physician will work in a manner consistent with the philosophy, mission, and vision of the organization and will adhere to the requirements set forth by the organization's established credentialing process and professional licensure requirements and mandates.
Schedule: FT, PT or 1099 available. FT --- Monday --- Friday 8 hours daily. PT --- Flexible.

• MD or DO in PA
• Internal Medicine / Family Medicine / Infectious Disease
• Preferred knowledge and experience treating STIs/Hep C
• Willingness to prescribe Methadone
