Job Description:

The Account Manager is responsible for exceeding customer expectations by effective management of the financial and human resources appropriated to them. The Account Manager is the primary customer contact for contracted accounts within the Landscape Management Division. The position ensures the performance of the Arrimour Groups Standards and the management of all resources to achieve confidence and exceptional service for their clients. Position ensures that the contract specifications are performed in a profitable manner. This position is responsible for the necessary follow-up and follow-through to maintain positive customer relations, to ensure complete customer satisfaction and contract renewals. Suggests and sells non-contracted landscape management services to both meet the needs of property, increase customer satisfaction and gain additional revenue for the company. Priorities: 1. Develop and Maintain a Strong Team Evaluate team strengths and limitations, augment as appropriate Ensure proper development of Crew Leaders and client relationship " ensure relationship is successful and fosters trust Mentor Crew Leaders and crew team members to ensure effective implementation of the Arrimour Groups quality standards Perform timely annual performance evaluations and personnel development strategies Identify team members with potential for growth/career path Foster a cohesive team of Operations and Administrative staff to ensure quick response for client expectations and quality production Support timely and accurate implementation of procedures and paperwork 2. The Arrimour Groups Customer Service Standards Establish role as client's primary, responsible, point-of-contact Instill Customer Confidence Foster the performance of Exceptional Service among team members Mentor Crew Leaders in building long-term client relationships Provide assurance that contract obligations, quality standards and expectations are fulfilled. Provide support to team members in performing and completing all client projects " we are the experts, they are seeking our advice 3. The Arrimour Groups Quality Standards Ensure the Arrimour Groups Quality Standards are met by all team members for all clients Accountable for profitability by diligent monitoring and analysis of estimating and productivity Manages control system to ensure extra billable work is performed in a timely, accurate and profitable manner Assists with the development and implementation of long-term enhancement objectives of sites in designated market area Manages direct cost of sites in designated market area, meeting budget goals and business objectives Manage service crews, support crews and administrative staff to satisfy contract obligations and ensure responsive concern for client expectations Ensure extra billable work is performed and processed in a timely manner Summary of Specific Responsibilities: I. Management of Accounts A. Maintains standards and ensures quality B. Implement procedures and processes, and coordinate routine and long-term tasks and schedules. C. Maintain relationship with client as primary contact for all maintenance and enhancement activities. II. Estimating/Sales A. Provide data for maintenance proposals and pricing B. Development and implementation of estimating operational standards C. Initiate enhancements in coordination with long-term objectives III. Job Costing of Accounts A. Schedule and monitor performance, measuring budget to actual costs B. Ensure contract compliance IV. Personnel A. Recruit, hire and develop maintenance team B. Maintain standards of performance and initiate periodic evaluations C. Represent the company in professional groups/associations D. Maintain active contact with people and trends in the industry that affect operations V. Key Performance Metrics A. Revenue growth B. Profitability C. Actual sales to budgeted goals D. Retention of contracts E. Development of loyal/repeat referral customer base F. Close ratio on proposals presented G. Ratio of proposals submitted to backlog goals and objectives
