      • Own the vertical-originate, lead, and execute M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory deals across industrial manufacturing, automation, distribution, logistics, infrastructure, and industrial tech
      • Work directly with C-suites, Boards, PE sponsors, and strategists to structure and close transformative deals
      • Run the entire deal lifecycle, from origination and pitch through close-with internal support and no friction
      • Serve as a thought leader and market maker, raising Wedbush's visibility in the Industrials space and shaping our go-to-market strategy
      • Build and scale your deal team with top junior talent and leadership supportExperience and Skills
        • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required
        • 10+ years of recent investment banking experience with a deep concentration in Industrials (manufacturing, automation, distribution, logistics, infrastructure, etc.)
        • A live or near-term pipeline of actionable mandates with clear potential for monetization
        • A track record of origination and closings, ideally in the $50M-$1B range
        • Deep relationships with founders, C-suites, financial sponsors, and corporate development leaders

A reasonable estimate of the current range is $250,000. Colleagues may be eligible for additional, discretionary incentive compensation based on performance.
