In addition, this role will part of the team to establish launch readiness for the JNJ2113 PsO treatment for a 2026 launch. This individual will serve as an internal consultant to marketing and sales, and broader business partners: delivering business building recommendations, shaping decision-making, and driving organizational action. The position will play a key role in guiding the Dermatology commercial team in the development and evaluation of new and existing business strategies and tactics and as a result, will share accountability for business results.\rPrincipal Responsibilities:

• Identify, craft and complete market research and analytics which inform Dermatology marketing and sales strategy and tactics, both for the Tremfya brand and future JNJ2113 launch.
• Leverage data and insight sources to address key business questions and uncover business opportunities, evaluate business performance, and access impact of marketing and sales tactics.
• Determine optimal research and/or analytical approaches, identify appropriate supplier partners, develop strong partnerships in the context of resources, timing, and overall project goals.
• Develop insights and actionable recommendations and influence business partners at all levels to incorporate in decision making.
• Find opportunities to embed StAT capabilities (Advanced Analytics, Access Insights, Patient Engagement, etc.) to drive impact for brand or franchise and drive organizational efficiencies.
• Serve as a leader in integrating data and analytics (national, subnational, payer) with findings and insights developed by peers across the Strategic Insights & Analytics team.
• Demonstrate leadership courage to set boundaries and ensure time is spent on the most critical/ high value projects.
• Drive a culture of simplicity to ensure business processes are streamlined and partners are provided on-demand insights that translate to action.\r\r
