In this role, you will be responsible for generating insights, shaping, and implementing market development initiatives. This Product Director will work across multiple functions and teams, including brand marketing, field sales, and other internal partners to help execute our key business initiatives for Multiple Myeloma.\r\rPosition Description:

• Lead Development of Market Development & KOL strategy in close collaboration with TLL team and brand team for assigned brands
• Lead development of medical education & advisory board strategy and tactics in support of the brand and portfolio strategies within Multiple Myeloma
• Ensure speaker bureau is optimized to meet the needs of the assigned brands and portfolio within Multiple myeloma in partnership with thought leader liaisons, medical education operations, and other key internal partners
• Develop and execute speaker trainings in partnership with brand and medical education operations team
• Ensures strategies, and tactics are developed and performed in close partnership with Brand Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, and key internal partners
• Partner with analytics and operations teams to track utilization and impact of medical education tactics and evolve as needed
• Partner with brand marketing and sales to field insights and feedback on medical education tactics\r\r
