We are changing how care is delivered by bringing together people like you -- passionate, highly skilled and motivated to make a difference.Join the Genesis team as a Clinical Reimbursement Manager where you will maximize revenue through the evaluation and optimization of the Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement process.Position Highlights*Participate in the development, implementation, evaluation and outcomes management of reimbursement priorities in nursing centers to assure proper utilization of services to maximize revenues.*Advise and assist the Clinical Reimbursement/MDS Coordinators to assure compliance to HCFA and State reimbursement regulations and Genesis Policies and Procedures.*Present changes in reimbursement regulations imposed on nursing center operations through training classes.*Participate in nursing centers' Medicare meetings to review coverage and documentation issues and requirements.
