THIS POSITION IS FOR OUR RITTENHOUSE SQUARE LOCATION.
- Be actively involved in day-to-day operations, both
front-of-house and back-of-house.
- Lead by example, working alongside staff to deliver exceptional
service and maintain high standards.
- Train, motivate, and support team members to ensure a cohesive
and efficient work environment.
- Manage inventory, oversee ordering, and control costs to
maximize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation
regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to maintain
high satisfaction levels.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and enhance
the guest experience.
- Create staff schedules, manage payroll, and maintain labor
costs within budget.
- Monitor financial performance, prepare reports, and collaborate
