Job Description:

Our client is currently seeking an Operations / Manufacturing Manager in Wisconsin.Relocation Assistance is provided!This job will have the following responsibilities:
Provide leadership for day-to-day operations in a multi-line 24/7 facility
Work Closely and communicate with the Food Safety department to ensure production goals are met.
Develop the staffing schedules to maximize effectiveness and meet production needs
Work closely with the Engineering department to identify or improve processes that minimize sterility risks and at the same time improve up-time.
Assists with audits utilizing plant regulatory agencies like (FDA, SQF, WDACP, USDA, OSHA, EPA
Participate in production and quality improvement projects working closely and communicating with other departments.Requirement/Skills:
Bachelors Degree is required
5+ years of management experience in a beverage/canning facility is highly preferred
Experience with Low Acid Aseptic Processing is highly preferred
High Speed Manufacturing experience
Knowledge in a sterile plant setting.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred or formal Lean/CI experienceUI924349
