That promising science is coming to fruition in autoantibody diseases with nipocalimab. Nipocalimab is currently being developed in indications across the three strategic segments of autoantibody disease-rare autoantibody, maternal-fetal immunology, and prevalent rheumatology-where it has the potential to transform the lives of patients suffering from autoantibody diseases. This role leads the asset-level and cross-indication strategy and workstreams that will ensure the successful development and commercialization of nipocalimab. Key Responsibilities:

  • Evolve and implement the asset strategy for nipocalimab; drive clarity regarding where to invest at the asset level and how to measure impact
  • Lead asset-wide global commercial initiatives including asset-level lexicon, messaging, and brand asset development; partner with insights and analytics team to strengthen work with voice of the customer; lead day-to-day agency partnerships to successfully complete asset-level projects
  • Champion a "win as one" team approach across the organization; lead and facilitate key global and global/regional commercial forums; serve as primary contact to regional commercial leads at the asset level and represent their key needs to the global teams
  • Create visibility and clarity to the program and strategy by building and maintaining an internal repository of asset work including value excellence strategic decisions
  • Serve as the commercial asset lead to key cross-functional workstreams in partnership with medical affairs, market access, R&D, and regulatory
  • Represent the commercial view required to advance asset-level or cross-indication projects through the governance process including therapeutic area governance, development committee, and investment committee if needed
  • Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
