The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of retail design and architecture, ensuring the creation of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce our brand and support company growth.Job DescriptionCore Responsibilities

  • Lead the work of Retail Store Planning and Design to strengthen our position as an industry -leader through the execution of retail store and facility design that creates exceptional -customer experiences, strengthens brand equity, and supports company growth---
  • Store Design Planner should be experienced in retail design, retail architecture and -construction---
  • Oversee the Retail Planning and Design functions responsible for space planning, -merchandising support, and the generation of distinctive design solutions---
  • Ensure the implementation of design standards and guidelines, promoting uniformity in -design and delivering outstanding customer retail experiences across the entire retail -portfolio---
  • Provide comprehensive supervision to Architecture and Engineering partners, ensuring -accurate and effective construction documentation, prototype management and budget -adherence ----
  • Work cross-functionally with Region & Division business partners, Visual Merchandising, Retail -Marketing and Brand, Operations and Technology teams in support of all store development -and site-specific needs---
  • Support the development of store design prototypes that align to marketing and brand -strategies, promote - innovation and the evolution of retail store design, and optimize -operational efficiencies---
  • Manage the Prototype drawings and global bulletin processes for all Company Owned and -Branded Partner locations---
  • Support -the Real Estate, Procurement and Construction teams, consultants, and contractors -throughout the entire store development lifecycle---
  • Leads sustainability initiative for retail stores---
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.Minimum Requirements
    • Strong portfolio showcasing previous retail design projects---
    • Proven working experience in construction, fit-out, and architectural design---
    • Must have experience with AutoCad
    • Revit, -Vectorworks -2022 (CAD), Adobe Acrobat, Adobe -Indesign, Adobe Photoshop, -Smartsheets, Procore -experience is preferred
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with limited direction---
    • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team -environment---
    • Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within -budget---
    • Research ability and excellent -problem solving -skills---
    • Visual awareness and an eye for detail---
    • Some travel required (minimum of 20%) for site visits to ensure design integrity---Employees at all levels are expected to:
