Description:Basic Purpose and Scope:The Manager, Revenue Growth Management provides analysis and insight to improve trade promotion efficiency to uncover opportunities for improved ROI, and influences tangible improvements for assigned categories for brands, Business Units, and Key Customers.
The person in the role will help design reporting and lead analysis to understand areas for improvement as it relates to price and promotional activity. Location:Remote Position Description : Support in development and training of reporting of in market performance, notably as it relates to price and promotion activitiesAssist in development of Promo & Price strategies and tactical plans for the assigned categoriesTrack market and competitive activity to understand impact on BBU competitive position and scenario plan actions in responseProactively work-with Brand teams, Business Units and Key Customer Teams on AOP, developing price/promo strategies that maximize growth and ROIDevelop and deploy series of tests to understand best tactics for price and promoEngage with customer teams and retailers to sell-in / design price and promo testing programsWill work closely with a cross functional groups from Finance, Marketing, and Key customer teams in ongoing analysis of current year planMonitors current year risk and opportunities for ongoing adjustment to strategies and tactics to achieve plan Lead Ad Hoc projects in and outside core responsibilities to build knowledge base within project that enhance company's growth and /or profitability Balances desire to move quickly in establishing capability with considerations of ROI, and onboarding of new teamsReports to the Director, RGM Analytics#LI-SO1 Position Requirements:Position Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or a related discipline preferred.
A combination of education, training and experience that results in demonstrated competency to perform the work may be substituted. Minimum 5 years with CPG company in Revenue Management, Business Development, Trade Marketing, Brand Strategy and planning, Sales, Category Management or Trade Analytic rolesMBA preferred.Proficient in Microsoft Office ProductsUnderstanding of P&L managementUnderstanding of DSD environmentKnowledge in Agile Process, Database Analyst, and Project Management preferredStrong problem-solving skills, technical skills and conceptual thinking abilitiesStrong listening and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast paced and deadline driven environmentAbility to lead through influence and indirect authority with cross functional groupsWorking knowledge of IRI/Syndicated Data and Existing BBU Systems20% -25%
