• Effectively managing a team of tax professionals, including assigning and reviewing work, providing mentorship and guidance, and coordinating the delivery of work product in a timely and efficient manner
• Preparing and reviewing complex tax returns for various clients, including individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts
• Researching and interpreting tax laws and regulations to provide accurate advice and information to clients
• Assisting with tax planning, including analyzing tax data, recommending tax strategies, and advising clients on the tax implications of business decisions
• Communicating with clients on tax-related matters, including discussing tax issues and delivering reports and findings
• Staying up-to-date on changes to tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance
• Collaborating with other service lines to provide integrated client service offeringsRequirements:
  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Accounting, Tax, or related field
  • CPA certification
  • At least 7 years' experience in public accounting, with strong experience in tax
  • Prior experience in managing a team of tax professionals
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
