Job Description:
The QMS Manager develops, implements and maintains the quality
management systems to ensure delivery of consistent products to
customers while ensuring that the procedures and practices
implemented are with best practice and they comply with Quality and
Regulatory requirements. This will be a multi-site position between
our Swedesboro, NJ plant and Morrisville, PA site.
Position Requirements/Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's Degree of relevance required
Six Sigma training required
Advanced Degree preferred, not required
Experience: 5-7 years of relevant work experience in technical
field Minimum of 3 years in leadership position

duties listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill
and/or ability required.
Quality Systems
- Management Systems Coordinator for both SNJ and MPA (SNJ: ISO
9001 and IATF 16949 / MPA: ISO 9001 and ISO 13485)
- Ensure that the site complies with all elements of applicable
quality system standards
- Responsible for all document control compliance
- Coordinates and documents processes or changes to processes
needed for the quality system
- Coordinate and host ISO 9001/ISO 13485/IATF 16949 external
audits and respond to findings
- Perform or coordinate the internal quality audits at both
sites
- Analysis data based on audit findings
- Update the Quality Manual, procedures, work instructions,
forms, and other aspects of the Quality Management System
- Ensure that processes needed for the quality system are
established, implemented and maintained. Writes new procedures and
work instructions
- Coordinate and assist in conducting Management Reviews and
reporting to top management on the performance of the quality
system and need for improvement
- Initiate and coordinate internal and external quality audit CAR
resolution
- Integrate sites systems and documentation with corporate
quality policies
- Responsible for generating, maintaining and completing all QMS
related documentation, including, but limited to Customer
Specification Agreements, Notifications of Change, Management of
Change and Customer Compliance Surveys
- Updates visual KPI information
- Maintains lab calibration records and ensures schedule
compliance
- Assist with writing training plans and maintaining training
records
- Generates Certificates of Analysis, where required
- Facilitate plant transfers by ensuring proper change management
documentation is complete Quality Assurance
- Customer complaints and satisfaction: assist as needed with
process owners at both sites
- Internal and External Corrective and Preventive action
coordination with sites.
- Promote of awareness of customer requirements or changes to
customer contracts.
- Coordinate and assist with Process validations, FMEA's,
MOC's.
- Attend staff meetings collect data for continuous improvement,
preventive actions, resource needs, etc. and performing analysis on
them for MRM's
- Customer feedback: assist and analyze results
