Incident Manager IV 100% RemotePrimary Location: Philadelphia, PennsylvaniaV-Soft Consulting is currently hiring Incident Manager IV 100% Remote for our premier client Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.Education and ExperienceMinimum 4-5 years' experienceKnowledge, Skills and Abilities ServiceNow a plusLinux skillsSplunk or Kibana is a must have, will entertain Elastic search.GitHub knowledge a plusTechnical documentation skills a plus as we update our playbooks.WHAT YOU'LL DO:Job Responsibilities:Looking for extensive prior experience with IM as this is a Level IV.Really strong communication skills - will converse with syndicated partners and executives.Will need to work with engineering and DevOps to determine root cause.ITIL, change management background is needed.
