Our client, an established higher education institution, is seeking an analytical Database Manager to support their Institutional Advancement department. This person will work closely with processing and entering data related to fundraising and incoming donations. A strong attention to detail is a must!About You:Bachelor's degree required3+ years of administrative experienceStrong attention to detail and incredible organizationAbility to analyze, track and organize dataProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook and ExcelExperience working with a Raiser's Edge or Blackbaud highly preferredDay to Day:Provide support to the department by assisting with database management, document organization, and database maintenance and clean-upMaintain accurate records within the database and update information accordinglyPull data and prepare complex and comprehensive reports for department needsAct as gatekeeper and provide professional communication with internal and external stakeholders and answer any inquiriesAssist with administrative tasks as needed including mailing and schedulingThis role is perfect opportunity for a well-organized and motivated administrative professional to gain experience with a reputable organization. This direct hire role pays up to $65k, depending on experience.
