Local Unit & Position DescriptionDNV - Energy Services group is
seeking a Manager, Energy Efficiency Marketing & Sales to oversee
marketing, and sales/outreach efforts for our commercial and
industrial energy efficiency program in the Philadelphia region.The
position is based out of our Chalfont, PA office and will be a
hybrid role with time spent in the office as well as remote or in
the field. -This role will manage two subcontractors in support of
energy efficiency marketing and outreach activity.What You'll
do:
- Lead engagement with utility client and work with
subcontractors and the DNV team to ensure marketing and outreach
strategies and tactics achieve client goals through the successful
engagement of local business segments
- Oversee development, execution and tracking of marketing
strategy, campaigns and tactics to promote energy efficiency among
targeted businesses segments
- Ensure marketing materials produced are client-ready drafts and
final deliverables. This process could include everything from
developing new content to substantially rewriting content following
client branding style guidelines
- Ability to take technically complex concepts and write about
them in layperson's terms
- Serve as liaison between corporate DNV team and client
marketing / corporate communications team
- Work with outreach team to ensure program goals are achieved by
optimizing the effectiveness of existing process and priorities and
drive accountability for meeting the goals
- Attend in-person activities/events to promote energy efficiency
and opportunities
- Conduct presentations to update clients on program success and
inform customers of energy service offeringsThe successful
candidate for this position will have client management experience,
strong organizational skills and be an excellent
communicatorPosition QualificationsWhat is Required:
- Experience managing several contractors and/or a matrixed
team
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Writing, Journalism,
or related field
- Minimum 6 years of experience in similar marketing or
management positions, with significant professional experience
developing and executing successful campaigns
- Experience working with or for marketing/advertisement agencies

- The knowledge and confidence to provide strategic guidance and
work directly with our client's corporate communications team
- Experience with managing multiple, shifting priorities and
deadlines during weekly task loads. Ability to negotiate changing
priorities with the customer
- Working knowledge of Constant Contact, EventBrite, Google
Analytics or similar marketing tools preferred
- Experience in a consulting environment is desired
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- We conduct pre-employment drug and background screeningWhat is
Preferred:
- Knowledge with utility and/or energy e---iciency programs
- Experience working with energy efficiency or energy efficient
products with a utility, government, non-profit or public agency a
plus.
- Willingness and ability to travel, primarily by car, throughout
the Philadelphia market approximately 20% of the time.
- Certifications or Accreditations in Commercial or Industrial
Energy Efficiency is highly desired.**Immigration-related

hired in Colorado or New York City. Actual compensation is
influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to
