resource-efficient plan and schedule for project
completion.Implementing safety, health, and environmental standards
to minimize exposure and risk.Coordinating the work of
subcontractors across multiple projects.Overseeing trade
contractors and ensuring compliance with specifications and
regulations.Administering construction contracts and obtaining
necessary permits and licenses.Tracking and controlling project
schedules and costs to meet completion targets.Managing the
closeout and turnover of construction projects.Conducting regular
project meetings and generating internal and external
reports.Proactively identifying changes in project scope and taking
appropriate action.Administering the submittal review process
between subcontractors/suppliers and design team.Improving industry
standard items such as RFIs, change orders, cost controls, scopes
of work, contracts, etc.Managing invoice approvals for all
materials and subcontractors.Adeptly managing the L&I
inspection process.Managing the submittal process for utilities
such as PECO, PGW, ROW, etc.Reviewing drawings to identify
