JOB TITLE: Project Manager

WAGE RANGE*: $70-75/hr

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Technical Project Manager III will be responsible to ensure projects are completed on time and on budget. The TPM will oversee multiple inter-related projects within the data team and must be able to connect the dots between the projects. The TPM will partner with data leaders to document tasks, dependencies, and risks. The projects will follow a hybrid approach: waterfall methodology during the planning phase and an agile methodology during the execution phase.

Must Haves:
The TPM must be proficient in technology to understand the project components and must have experience with leading data warehousing projects.

Experience:
We are looking for a TPM with 5+ years' experience that can implement a light-weight project management process that has a bias towards action and is viewed as an accelerator.

Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Create and maintain project schedules with enough detail to document tasks, dependencies, and due dates.
  
• Partner with data team leaders to understand the project, the deadlines, and interdependencies with other projects.
  
• Implement an approach that utilizes a waterfall methodology during the planning phase and an agile methodology during the execution phase of the projects.
  
• Collaborate with colleagues, within the data team and colleagues from other teams, to gather status updates
  
• Document and raise risks and issues. Work with team members to remediate the risks and issues.
  
• Communicate with data team leaders to collaboratively ensure projects are completed on-time and within budget.
  
• Communicate progress and risks/issues with the Head of Data Platforms and Services.
