Overview
Bancroft is a major human services agency with over 2,900 team
members, operating in NJ, PA and DE. - The Director of
Organizational Development & Learning is a partner to our
leadership team as well as a consultant, builder, and leader of our
OD and learning strategy. - This role will make a positive
difference in the lives of our team members and those we serve by
leading the Organizational Development & Learning function to
deliver expert learning and OD services across the organization. -
Reporting to the Chief HR Officer, this role provides the ability
to work with a talented and respected HR/ODL team in a
collaborative and supportive environment, and make an impactful
difference in the services we provide to those we support. - -
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will have a track record of delivering
organization-wide results in the following key areas: - Oversee the
development and delivery of engaging educational programming
targeted at all levels of leadership, and individual contributors;
Establish a comprehensive strategy for the development of high
performing internal talent; Mentoring and coaching leaders, and
developing those skills in others; Assess, diagnose and implement
organizational development interventions to support a culture of
excellence; Support organization-wide innovations through effective
change management principles. -This leader must be a self-starter
with demonstrated success through collaboration and teamwork, and
be effective at leading multiple competing priorities and projects
through formal and informal authority and influence, and superb
organizational skills. - They will be an excellent communicator and
listener with superior presentation and facilitation skills. -

accountability as a creative, solutions-oriented leader. -
Qualifications
Qualified candidates will have at least 5 years' strong learning
and organizational development expertise. - A Bachelor Degree in
Organizational Development, Organizational Leadership, IO
Psychology or related field is required; an advanced degree is
strongly preferred. - The ideal candidate will be certified in
psychometric tools such as MBTI, DiSC, StrengthsFinder, etc. - This
is a hybrid role, with flexibility for both on-site and remote
work.
