Discover more about us at www.amerihealthcaritas.com.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n The Strategic Communications and Change Management Manager will leverage validated change management methodology to support Population Health Leadership and articulate, develop, and execute change management and communication strategies and plans for initiatives impacting both enterprise and market level teams. Aligns and coordinates with key stakeholders required to execute against the change management strategy and plan and works with appropriate leaders and stakeholders on the delivery effort for all aspects of the change plan. This individual possesses the ability to anticipate the needs of internal customers and stakeholders, influence their decisions and guide and advise them as to how to maximize the adoption, sustainability and ROI benefits of transformation investments. Likewise, this individual has experience managing multiple, disparate transformational efforts at one time. \nThe Manager will be responsible for developing change management mindsets, behaviors, and capabilities across the department. \n Key responsibilities: \n\nCo-develop the overall Communication strategy and internal/external communications, messages and supporting materials, in collaboration with Pop Health leaders and where appropriate, Corporate Communications\nDefine, develop, and support the execution of organizational change management strategies based on the Population Health vision and strategy.\nEmbed with project teams and coordinate the change management plan that runs concurrent with over-arching project plan. \nIdentify, analyze, and facilitate on-going stakeholder engagement.\nConduct Change Impact and Readiness Assessments to identify key changes or readiness gaps that will impact the organization; and develop and execute change management activities to minimize risks of the transition. Examples include Stakeholder Analyses, Communication Plans, Change Impact Studies, Readiness Assessments, End User Training Strategies, Learning and Development Artifact Development, Adoption Curve Tracking, and Benefits Realization.\nFacilitate Executive Alignment workshops to clarify business transformation vision and scope, case for change, and program governance model.\nDemonstrate superior professional presence, presentation, organization, project leadership, and meeting facilitation skills.\n\n Education/ Experience: \n\n\n\nBachelor's Degree\n\n5 to 7 years' experience. Building and delivering executive level strategic communications. \n\nProsci or comparable change management methodology certification required.\nHighly knowledgeable about current trends in healthcare, including population health management, connected health, patient engagement, clinical quality and analytics and other forward-thinking topics.\nExperience with healthcare organization change management for implementing large and complex IT systems in healthcare client environments preferred.\nKnowledge of Agile and Design Thinking methodologies preferred.\nPrior experience, training or certification as a meeting facilitator a plus.\nProficient in Microsoft Office tools.\nApplied understanding of change management methodologies and the change process.\nDemonstrated leadership, collaboration, project management, problem-solving, and influencing skills.\nMust be a clear and articulate communicator and have professional poise and presence with a diverse set of audiences, with the ability to partner across all levels.\nAbility to manage multiple, large-scale transformations at one time.\n\n\n \n\n\nBack\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nApply Now\n\n
