Job Description:

Our large chemical manufacturing client in King of Prussia, PA is seeking to bring on a Client Compliance Quality Manager to join their Customer Service division to help support their clients' inquiries and deviation complaints. This individual will be responsible for the initial intake call with the client to better understand the scenario, researching and resolving with internal teams, and implementing and updating the client on the course action. Responsibilities include:

• Manage customer complaints for both product and adverse event complaints; ensuring investigations are performed on time and any notifications meet regulatory reporting requirements
• Lead complaint and deviation investigations
• Perform thorough Batch record and quality documentation review
• Responsible for understanding the problem, identifying possible causes, collecting information and existing data, identifying probable root cause, and determining the best course of action.
• Work closely with quality and internal teams on root cause analysis and process resolution
• Ensure cGMP compliance and assign CAPAs
• Providing updates and final resolution to clients
  Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of managing and investigation client complaints
  • 5+ years of pharmaceutical or medical device industry
  • Prior cGMP, CAPA, and QMS experience
  • Quality agreement and risk management experience
  • Experience assisting in deviation investigations and root cause analysis
    Pay: $50.00-$60.00/hr (can be flexible based off experience)Hiring Method: 6 month contract to permanent hire (permanent salary would range from $104,000-$132,000)Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PMSchedule: Would primarily be supporting their King of Prussia location but might occasionally go to their Philadelphia location for site visits.
