• OVER 1,400 ACTIVE GLOBAL CLIENTSRole: Program ManagerLocation: Philadelphia, PA- OnsiteRate: $75/hrResponsibilities: -Drive user stories and defects via agile monthly sprint process -Track schedule against the roadmap, track daily actions, host status calls, record and distribute technical meeting minutes -Manage daily release backlog with onsite and offshore Release Management teams (Approvals, Merge) -Make sure release targets and weekly release is on track -Engage with the program team on weekly basis to make sure Release Management is aligned with their communication and expectation. -Communicate the Release announcement and Release Notes -Facilitate Team retrospective and allow the team to continuously evolve and improve. -Identify process gaps, initiate process improvement and ensure process adherence by the team -Responsible for each phase of device deployment including initial Software, Trials, and eventual field deployment within an extremely aggressive timeframe. -Deliver detailed metrics dashboards, status reports/presentations, and host demos/trainings/Trials -Escalate risks and issues -Executive readouts to the Senior ManagementQualifications: -5-7 years' experience as a ProgramManagerpreferably with 2 years of experience as an engineer in a technical domain -Experience working in Agile development Environments -Experience in Video/Embedded domain (preferably with Set Top Box/ Broadband domain) -Understanding of Program Management processes and methodologies for governance and tracking -Experience in working with third-party vendors such as SOC vendors and systemintegrators -Experience tracking and translating engineering discussions into actionableengineering tasks and next steps -Good understanding of the Release management process -Experience working with various cross-functional teams to deliverprojects -Proficient in productivity andprojectmanagement tools: Jira, Confluence, MS -Office, -Proven independent problem-solving and risk management skills -Excellent communication and collaboration skillsBachelor's degree or equivalent work experienceWipro is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer and makes all employment and employment-related decisions without regard to a person's race, sex, national origin, ancestry, disability, sexual orientation, or any other status protected by applicable law.
