Whether you choose to work remotely from home or work in an office - it's up to you.The RoleIn this role, you will be responsible for scaling Veeva Link Workflows in the US.Link Workflows enable external expert engagement planning across functions providing greater strategic alignment, better-coordinated engagements, and faster feedback loops.You will play an active role in bridging the silos at major pharmaceutical companies.You will be responsible for creating deep relationships within major pharmaceutical companies in the US and coordinating with different teams to turn Link Workflows into an industry standard.You will be in charge of mapping your accounts, identifying the customer needs, co-developing a compelling value story, and ensuring its materialization. You will enjoy the support of the broader Veeva team and have the autonomy to really make a difference. This is a unique opportunity to shape the industry.What You'll Do

• Map your accounts
• Identify the account needs with a focus on cross-functional engagement planning
• Co-develop a compelling value story
• Deliver value always going the extra mile to ensure customer success
• Scale Link Workflows within and across accounts
• Take part in marketing activities such as Veeva Summit and other key industry eventsRequirements
  • 10+ years of experience including domain expertise (e.g. cross-functional engagement planning)
  • Top-down, accurate and outcome-driven thinking
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Willingness to travel in the USNice to Have
    • Tier 1 Consulting experience
    • Startup experience
