Job Description:
As the Manager, Digital Marketing Analyticsyou will be
responsible for managing the proper measurement, reporting,
analysis and optimization of online and offline marketing campaigns
for all assigned accounts. You will work cross-functionally and
cross-organizationally to ensure reporting quality, consistency,
and deadlines are being met. You will also supervise Analysts and
Senior Analysts and be accountable for achieving staff billable
goals and career development of direct reports.Primary
Responsibilities:Act as the day to day lead across your brands,
driving strategic discussions, leading reporting deliverables &
helping to shape any strategic/tactical discussionsOversee and
manage team responsible for the development and execution of
measurement/analysis plans and creation of KPIs on behalf of
clientsOversee the delivery of strategic analyses that are easily
understood by clients and pull through data driven recommendations
tied back to brand goals/objectivesDevelop junior team members to
identify data trends, and oversee monthly campaign performance
reports and optimization recommendations, and present to
internal/external stakeholdersManage time spent against multiple
projects, ensuring deadlines are maintained and metWork
cross-functionally, providing recommendations to streamline
processes, eliminating inefficiencies, and improving results across
the departmentOversee data/research support to client/planning
teamsRequirements:3-5 years of related online marketing, web
analytics/, research experience. Direct experience with digital
media performance analysis a plus.Bachelors degree in marketing,
statistics, mathematics, economics, psychology or other relevant
degree1+ year experience in a supervisory role.Strong project
management and prioritization skills, with ability to drive
high-quality workAbility to effectively communicate results in a
concise mannerExperience and / or education in Pharma a
plus.Extensive experience with Microsoft Office (Excel and
PowerPoint high efficiency). Knowledge of: Tableau and other data
visualization tools, Google Analytics, Adobe Omniture, Microsoft
Office.
