Additionally, as part of the Life Time family, you'll receive a fully subsidized family membership to all Life Time locations.Job DescriptionPosition SummaryThe LifeCafe Assistant Manager assists in managing and overseeing the caf-- with the Caf-- Manager. They also manage keeping costs at a minimum, training and developing staff, maintaining cleanliness, and executing recipes to Life Time standardsJob Duties and ResponsibilitiesMaintains Profit and Loss statements, budgets, and cost controls in regards to food, beverage and labor goalsHelps drive leadership and performance excellence of the team by training, modeling, developing, motivating and assessing all team members to ensure continuous growthResponds to all questions, comments, and concerns in a professional and efficient mannerEnsures safety, cleanliness, and security awareness standards are emphasized, practiced, and inspected Position RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GED1 to 2 years of supervisor or management experience in fast casual restaurantsServeSafe certification with the first 60 days of hireCPR/AED certification required within the first 30 days of hireAbility to routinely and repetitively bend to lift more than 20 pounds Preferred RequirementsCollege degree in culinary, business, or related fieldLife Time is a place for everyone.
