Job DescriptionOur Confidential Client located in Burlington
County, NJ, is looking for a Director of Manufacturing to join

DescriptionThe Plant Manager is responsible for managing the plant
by coordinating and planning the manufacturing of product to ensure
customer orders and company products are processed and shipped in
accordance with planned schedules, job specifications, established
quality standards, and planned profit objectives. This position is
also responsible for implementing change to continuously improve
performance and increase workflow efficiencies.Responsibilities 1.
Monitor plant activities to ensure an effective use of available
resources to meet production schedules for customer orders and
inventory requirements.2. Review production reports and resolve any
issues to ensure quality standards. Create and implement strategies
to improve performance and production based on the production
report.3. Optimize operational performance, including safety,
quality, manufacturing, cost, and morale. Analyze and review
manufacturing operation procedures to develop and implement
improvement strategies.4. Implement companywide policies, goals,
objectives, and procedures in conjunction with company
management.5. Coordinate with Operations Managers to develop plant
fiscal budgets. Determine labor standards and staffing levels on an
ongoing basis. Review regular financial reports and follow ups as
necessary to control costs and approve all purchases of supplies
and equipment.6. Collaborate with Product Development and
Engineering to determine whether operations allow for a new product
or product applications.7. Make employment decisions on hiring,
promotion, transfers, training and development, disciplinary
action, terminations, and pay adjustments; monitor performance by
completing new hire and annual performance evaluations. Consult
with Human Resources as necessary.8. Ensure that proper safety
methods are used in the department as specified by Loss Prevention.
Ensure team maintains an orderly and clean department.9. Perform
other duties as required within the nature and level of work.Job
Qualification/RequirementsEducation Requirement - Bachelor's Degree
Years of Experience 7 to 10 years of experience requiredBachelor's
Degree in Operations, Business, Engineering, or related field and
seven 7 years of relevant work experience are required. At least
five 5 years working in a manufacturing environment and five 5
years of supervisory experience required. Master's in Business
Administration is preferred.Proficiency with Microsoft Office
(Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word). Strong leadership skills
combined with the ability to maintain confidentiality when dealing
with people, projects, and issues. Ability to listen and
communicate effectively. Ability to lead people. Ability to
actively engage by means of discovery, process, and/or application
of new information. Demonstrate key competencies, including
conflict management, business negotiation, organization and
decision making.Physical Demand RequirementsOccasionally required
to stand, walk, or sit; use hands to finger, handle or feel
objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb
stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; talk or hear; taste
or smell. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move objects
up to 35 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job
include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral
vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.Positions
