vision. Join our team!JOB SUMMARY:The Program Manager oversees the
daily operations of PATH's BH Children's Urgent Care Center which
operates Monday through Friday from 11:00 a.m. - 7:30 p.m. for
children and youth in Philadelphia. Hours for the center may be
adjusted based on need or other circumstances. Psychiatric services
are provided via tele-psychiatry.QUALIFICATIONS:At minimum, the
Program Manager will have Master's degree in the human services
field from an accredited college or university; At minimum, 2 years
verified, paid, post-master's therapy experience with
children/youth and training and experience in family therapy.
Supervisory experience; LCSW, LSW, LPC, LMFT or Licensed
Psychologist; Must be able to use an Electronic Health Record; Must
have word processing experience; Excellent interpersonal skills and
writing skills PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Minimal in nature SPECIFIC
DUTIES:The Program Manager will oversee the daily operations of the
Children and Youth Urgent Care Center ensuring the UCC is a safe
and welcoming environment. Ensure services are family driven and
trauma sensitive. Ensure collaboration with CBH and other insurance
providers to verify insurance, obtain information and
authorizations and linkages as indicated.Ensure crisis clinicians
perform a thorough assessment of the presenting issues and
concerns, hearing the voice and collaborating with each individual
and other services providers involved (i.e. school, PCP, other
professionals).Ensure the nurse provides health screening, vitals
and a thorough nursing assessment which includes providing medical
intervention and testing as needed and assessing if further medical
clearance is warranted.Provide on-going consultation to the team
for UCC encounters.Ensure collaboration with the
psychiatrist.Ensure safety plans are developed with each
individual.Ensure all recommended referrals/linkages including
referrals requiring electronic submission to CBH,
pre-certifications through CBH or other third-party insurances and
all other community agencies & supports are made on a timely
basis.Ensure children and families receive or are linked to
recommended services within specified time frames and that follow
up is occurring per CBH standards. Assure any follow up
appointments are scheduled at a time and place convenient for
families which may include evening and weekend appointments.
