multiple learning styles, identify individual student needs, and
differentiate instruction with customized lesson plans. Students
are assigned only the lessons they uniquely, individually need
giving them the critical tools and support to become successful
readers.Due to the great demand for high-impact literacy programs,
MindPlay is seeking a motivated K-12 Partnerships Manager. The
ideal candidate will be inspired by developing sales strategy,
motivated by securing new business, and thrive in a fast-paced
environment.Major Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive K-12 sales strategy to grow new school
and district sales and to expand revenue sources through existing
customer base
- Master knowledge of the MindPlay solution, the competitive
landscape, and key trends
- Deliver sales presentations to show how MindPlay can improve
student outcomes
- Maintain timely and accurate reporting of the sales
pipeline
- Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets for new
businessPreferred Qualifications
- K-12 sales or K-12 administrative experience
- Proven ability to identify/secure net-new business and
retain/expand strategic relationships
- Experience selling/working with SaaS-based products
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent market
experience/knowledge
- Reside in and ability to travel throughout the territoryFounded
