Responsibilities
- Using market research to get ideas for products that customers
will want
- Helping to oversee the design and manufacture and planning how
to market and promote the product to the public
- Defining product marketing communication objectives
- Comparing the company's products to competitor's products to
assess competition in the market
- Providing management with analyses and reports and responding
to questions and requests from management
- Specifying and overseeing the research needed to determine the
needs and desires of customers
- Define clear vision for the product, with detailed definition
of product capabilities, specification, core features, and end-user
value proposition
- Establish and define differentiated set of features that make
best use of ClinicalMind and CM-GO's software, data analytics, and
machine learning capabilities.
- Work closely with Engineering, Industrial Design, and UX to
represent the customer and turn breakthrough technologies into
products that solve real user needs
- Work closely with Software Engineering, Professional Services
(Project Management and Business Analysis), and Design to manage
the product execution to deliver fully-formed and launch-ready
products and experiences
- Articulate a solid understanding of business cases and their
supporting developmental and contextual process utilizing verbal
skills, diagrammatic abilities, and technical writingQualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a computer or process-related field
- 5 years of software product management experience (or relevant
work)
- Experience creating product roadmaps from conception to launch,
driving the product vision, defining go-to-market strategy, and
leading design discussions
- Experience partnering with functional areas in addition to
product management, such as engineering, UX/UI, sales, finance, or
marketing
- Proven ability to generate various reports for management
teams
- Previous Pharma and healthcare or Marketing Services experience
is a benefit (though not an absolute requirement)PREFERED
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Ability to achieve strategic goals in an innovative and
fast-paced environment, and to evolve product strategy based on
research, data, and industry trends
- Ability to take initiative and build excellent, productive
relationships
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical, and

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize,
analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with
attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to articulate business and technical benefits for a

levels

down, and across organizations
- Ability to act independently, take initiative and drive tasks
and issues to resolution.
- Strong facilitation skills and demonstrated ability to manage
difficult situations and people in a team environment to achieve
results
- Excellent business and technical analysis skills to define and
document business and IT processes
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Manage business analysts Requirements:
- Travel: Minimal travel will be required to: a) clients for
customer support/maintenance, b) major medical conferences both in
the US and internationally as identified as important by clients or
where CM is conducting a supported function/meeting/activity within
the designated specialties as well as other medical education
conferences and meetings as required; c) to other locales for
training or other corporate meetings.
