Overview: As the Order Management Specialist, you will monitor all sales orders in OMS daily, work with the DC and stores to ensure a 24-hour order fulfillment, and proactively communicate any issues that may negatively impact our customers' orders. Responsibilities:

• Monitor OMS to ensure a 24-hour order fulfillment from DC and stores.
• Communicate all order processing, shipment and product inventory issues to necessary departments.
• Provide an Outstanding Orders Report daily to the Digital, Customer Service and Store Ops teams.
• Assist all web fulfillment stores with various order processing issues via email/phone.
• Monitor On Hold orders daily to ensure they are released in a timely manner.
• Monitor No Stock orders daily by rerouting or canceling items/orders.Qualifications:
  • Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent
  • Minimum 2-3 years order management experience required
  • Strong computer and phone skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and Word
  • Must possess exceptional interpersonal skills and work well within a team settingSkills:
    • Experience with OMS system(s) and Web fulfillment
