full-service custom research model.The Learning Manager (Part time
Contractor) focuses on the design, development, and delivery of
training and educational materials. This role requires knowledge of
instructional design principles and best practices, presentation
and video editing skills, experience teaching or training, and a
desire to help others learn and accomplish their goals. The
Learning Manager (Part time Contractor) will quickly become an
expert-level user of the aytm platform and will collaborate across
teams to create and deliver engaging training and educational
content for a wide range of clients and users. About Usaytm

creative and energetic team. Responsibilities
- Create and manage training and educational materials for use in
aytm team training, client onboarding, ongoing client engagement
and other learning activities (webinars, videos, articles, job
aids, courses, and programs).
- Collaborate with other aytm teams to develop content and
support its delivery in terms of 1) client onboarding training and
prospect engagement, and 2) event-based training and engagement for
clients both online and at various on-site locations as needed,
including industry conferences, regional roadshows, monthly
webinars, etc.
- Plan, create, and manage educational content for public
consumption in contextual support app (Pendo), The Lighthouse
Academy LMS (SkillJar), and Help Center articles (Zendesk).
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and repositories for training
and educational content.
- Participate in ongoing efforts to understand clients and
determine internal team and client training needs.
- Apply sound instructional design principles and standards,
adult learning principles, and an understanding of key audiences to
the development of training and educational content.
- Collaborate on, and provide support and input to, other
Learning Enablement team projects and initiatives.Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Instructional
Technology, Learning Design, Learning Development, Adult Learning,
etc. from a four-year college or university.
- Experience designing and/or delivering teaching, training, or
tutorials in person or online (5+ years).
- Working knowledge of video editing and eLearning authoring
software (e.g., Camtasia, Adobe Premiere, Articulate 360,
etc).
- Demonstrated advanced competency in writing and presentation
skills.
- Demonstrated ability to translate stakeholder needs into
effective learning materials.
- Passion for technology and teaching others how to use it.
- Experience with one or more online survey platforms (e.g.,
Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, etc.) is a plus.
- Education or experience related to quantitative market research

experience is preferred, but not required.This is an Independent
Contractor role. Fees payable to Contractor for any assignments
during the Term shall be as follows;
- Consultant will submit a self-prepared invoice on a monthly
basis.
- Payment will be made by Company within thirty (30) business
days of receipt of invoice.
- Consultant is responsible for all taxes from invoice payments,
after receiving a 1099-M from Company each year. **aytm is an Equal
