-Project planning including analyses of project documentation and
parameters to establish project directives.
-Assist in assembling design and construction teams including
soliciting RFP's, analyzing proposals, and negotiating

-Coordinate Owner's Work Schedule with all other activities
including IT, furniture, equipment, and testing and

Skills & Qualifications
-A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture
-Preferable 4-6 years' experience in high-end multifamily, F&B,
hotels, and related hospitality projects
-Ability to understand and evaluate project documents including
architectural drawings, specifications, contracts, leases, and
other critical documents to deliver a project which maintains the
goals and requirements established early in the project.
-Entrepreneurial focus with ability to handle multiple assignments
