Job Description:

Seeking Supply Chain Manager to lead team of eight direct reports ---for manufacturing company serving pharmaceutical and food industries . Report to COO with high visibility to executive team.

Design and implement processes that support supply chain strategies adapted to changing market conditions, and new business opportunities.
Manage team involved with supply planning, logistics and trade compliance, and procurement of products, equipment, and services.

This is a strategic but also analytical role - identify the weaknesses, put the processes in place to effect change BUT it's also a roll-up-the-sleeve's, build, coordinate, collaborate and execute. Unique opportunity to drive Lean and Operations Excellence in strategic sourcing, transaction management and supplier management.

Qualifications
BS Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or similar.
At least 5 years in supply chain leadership

Possess leadership and strategic skills in an ERP/SAP organization.
Professional supply chain and Lean/Six-Sigma certifications are highly desirable
Experience with Epicor highly desired
