Job Summary Xfinity Internet is the nation's largest consumer broadband service bringing connectivity to more than 28 million US households. The Speed and Network team is responsible for delivery and performance of Internet speeds in support of key business objectives. Our team is constantly iterating, solving problems, and working cross-functionally to empower our customers with a more reliable, secure, and enjoyable Internet experience that offers choice to all segments.

Within the team, the Senior Manager, Internet Product Management is responsible for go-to-market launch, messaging, sales positioning, an execution of new and existing consumer Internet speed products. This includes collaborating with teammates from the technology, engineering, digital, marketing, sales, field operations and other product business unit teams to ensure that the go-to-market, financial and customer experience goals for the product and program are met.
Job Description
Core Responsibilities
Partners with Engineering, Network Capacity, Digital, Marketing, Information Systems, Field, and other groups in a cross-functional team to develop new speed products and bring them to market.
Oversees new speed products through customer market trials and assists with development and execution of a go-to-market playbook.
Partners with Strategy, Research and Planning teams to assess consumer needs and opportunities for new speed products through innovation research and feasibility analysis.
Works closely with Technology and Product Development teams to ensure new and existing speed product innovations meet go-to-market needs with a customer centric approach.
Manages, gathers, and analyzes competitive intelligence data for speed product line.
Develops business goals, project budget, and multi-year forecast modeling for speed product as needed.
Contributes to the strategic planning of speed product enhancements including content, pricing, packaging and new feature definition.
Internalizes and represents the Voice of the customer throughout the speed product lifecycle.
Coordinates across other functional areas to secure buy-in to deliver on the defined end-to-end customer experience.
Manage change requests. Validates downstream deliverables and final offering (business acceptance testing).
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
Generally requires 7-9 years related experience
Specific experiences in bringing new technology products to market
Experience in a high volume, fast paced innovation-driven environment
Demonstrated ability to work effectively and build cross-function relationships within a flexible, highly matrixed organization
Understands a variety of technical constraints, user experience goals, and business requirements that shape current and future products
Ability to work with minimal guidance and comfort with ambiguity
Strong sense of ownership and subject matter expertise
Tactical professional with strong organization skills and attention to detail balanced with ability to understand and communicate the big picture
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
