As an Internal Audit Team Manager Senior within PNC's Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering (BSA/AML) organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH, New York, NY, Philadelphia, PA, Washington, DC, Raleigh, NC, or Charlotte, NC.The BSA/AML Audit team is responsible for assessing the adequacy and adherence to policies, practices and procedures in relation to the Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering policies and sanctions.The prospective candidate must have a strong traditional BSA/AML Audit background with a strong expertise in Fraud. Any BSA/AML Risk, Compliance, or Testing experience is helpful but Fraud experience is required.Job DescriptionPlans and leads internal audits to assess the effectiveness of controls, accuracy of financial records, efficiency of operations, and compliance with applicable regulations.Performs planning and risk assessment activities, develops audit scope, objectives, and work plans. Selects appropriate audit tests, identifies key controls, and uses statistical methods, surveys, interviews and computer-assisted audit techniques. Performs detailed and general reviews of internal audit work paper documentation. May perform complex testing procedures and audit risk and control assessments.Makes recommendations regarding the deployment of team resources and performs talent management activities.
