Job DescriptionThe Global HR Business Partner - Information & Technology (I&T) is required to be an active strategic thought leader and member of the global I&T functional leadership team.As the Director HRBP partner and lead, this role will work with the functional I&T -members and their Leadership Teams to create the organization and workforce strategies that drive desired results outlined in the specific function's overall strategic plan while supporting CSL's strong values-based culture. This role will also be accountable for determining and executing the -organizational transformation activities currently underway to deliver on the I&T strategy and digitalization.This position works closely with the relevant business leaders to solve complex organizational and business challenges through people related solutions. Working with the relevant functional leadership team, this position will leverage strong knowledge of CSL's business and people practices to align and promote the Company's overall strategic priorities.The Director HR Business Partner is responsible for driving the strategic HR agenda; people processes, programs and initiatives for the supported function aligned with the CSL's HR and Business strategies and outcomes to enhance employee and business performance.They will achieve this by working collaboratively with business leaders to understand the business challenges and opportunities. The role will develop and deliver value adding solutions across a range of HR areas including, talent management, performance management, change management, organization design, capability development, strategic work force planning, employee engagement. They will use data, insights, and analytics in determining business value and outcomes. -They will work in partnership with HR COEs to leverage expert knowledge and experience and provide insightful and relevant feedback to specialist functions on key initiatives. In this work they will reinforce and advocate for a "OneHR" mindset and outcomes across the business.RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES1. - - -Set Leadership strategy with the l I&T -Leadership Team and align resources across the enterprise to ensure there is support to accomplish the outcomes (matrix management)2. - - -Lead Organizational Design using a defined methodology3. - - -Lead strategic Workforce Planning using a defined methodology. -4. - - -Leadership coaching for LT, and other senior leaders5. - - -Lead Talent agenda for LT, assess data, create strategies to bridge any gaps6. - - -Change and Culture leadership7. - - -Identify and oversee new program requirements8. - - -Work across the enterprise with other HR -Business Partners -as one team9. - - -Active HR plan creation - connects global and local HR objectives into holistic plans10. - - -Key HR advisor to the business - integrators of CoE tools/methods and access to HR Service CentersEducation --- - - -Bachelor's degree in Human Resources / Business or a related field.--- - - -Bachelor's degree in human resource management, organizational psychology, business or related field is essential.--- - - -HR Professional certification (SPHR) preferred.--- - - ---- - - -Demonstrated experience managing investigations and employee relations--- - - -Labor (Union) and/or Works Council experience required for roles in Germany--- - - -Change Management--- - - -Good knowledge of HR processes gained in a dynamic organization--- - - -Experience in a global company in a matrix reporting environment is preferred--- - - -Strong knowledge of employment-related laws at the county / regional level.--- - - -Proficient in the English language--- - - -Multilingual preferred - - - - -Experience --- - - -12 - 15 years' HR experience, including business partner, generalist and/or -specialist roles--- - - -Experience leading HR within a global environment--- - - -Experience acting as the senior HR business partner for a global business or global functionTravel RequirementsAbility/willingness to travel to other company sites within the global CSL groupAbout UsOur BenefitsWe encourage you to make your well-being a priority.
